First time with Tennis with Jake?

Hello first time customer. Thank you for considering booking yourself or your child in for some tennis coaching or tennis camp fun.

If you or your child are looking to come to a weekly tennis session, please peruse my timetable via the coaching page, check via the booking button if the session has space and then message me to let me know you or child is coming. Your first session can be a pay on the day and as long as you have let me know any key information I should know about you or your child, there is no need to sign up for the whole term of lessons when you are trying for the first time.

If you have tried a session and wish to continue tennis coaching or you are wishing to sign your child up to a tennis camp, you will need to book yourself or your child through the LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) clubspark booking system I use. Tennis camps are so popular all places must be booked and payed for in advance.

Help with using the booking system.

1. After you have selected the session/camp/ you wish to book and have pressed book, you will be prompted to sign up for a clubspark account. If you are a member of a tennis club that uses clubspark, you may already have an account. It is the one you use to buy your membership with. If not, you will need to create an LTA advantage account using the sign up button. This account needs to be in the adults name. It is quick and free. Get your phone to remember your username and password or jot these down as you will need them to book your tennis with Jake session.

2. Go to your emails and verify your LTA advantage account.

3. Return to my website and enter your new username and password when prompted to upon booking.

4. If you are booking for a child, you will need to add them as a player after you have selected the session you want.

5. Please do add in any special requirements or physical needs you or child may have. I do read these and it does help me to have advanced knowledge of such things.

6. Please do add in the number you wish for me to use as an emergency contact if I do not have your number already. As well as being able to contact you in an emergency, I will also add you to the watsapp group for the tennis session you have joined so you can receive information about any cancelations, lost property and get first choice on the next run of sessions.

7. Please make sure you jot down or save your LTA advantage username and password as you will need them again if you wish to book another set of sessions with me.

Applying a tennis club member discount.

If you have signed your child or yourself up as a member to the club where the tennis lesson is being held, you will be entitled to discount on the lesson. I do my best to ensure that all discount codes are sent to everyone entitled, but if you have been missed out, just message me.

Upon applying the discount code, you will often have to go back an re-tick the person attending the session to get the discount to apply.
